Would recommend to anyone. We are working to train and make my injured areas stronger as well as working on my balance and changing my shape. Only started in feb but already feel a difference !!

Despite recently completed my level 2 gym instructor and level 3 exercise referral course, I was very surprised with how much more I learnt from Marc on my first session. His years of experience is evident based on his competence to provide safe and effective exercise sessions and provides sound advice on how to achieve my goals. Definitely would recommend

I've been a member of the gym for a year, without seeing results as wasn't really sure how to use the weights, so having Marc to help has been great. He's shown me how to use the machines and weights properly to get the maximum benefits. I recommend Marc he's very professional and encourages me to work harder which has resulted in loss of inches.

Really enjoy training with Marc. After a few years of rarely exercising post babies, Marc eases me in gently and i love that someone else can tailor my sessions to my needs and knows when to push me. Can't recommend enough !
